  • 3 cups macaroni, uncooked
  • 16 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 stick buter, melted
  • 1 quart milk, 1% lowfat
  • 1/2 cup flour, heaping

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pour macaroni into oven safe pan, pour melted butter over it and salt liberally. Coat buttery noodles with the flour. Grate or chunk up the cheese and mix in. Pour milk in to cover cheese and noodles.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, stirring periodically.
