  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • Butter
  • Olive oil

Step 1

Dip cutlets in beaten egg and dredge with breadcrumbs. Fry in skillet with butter and olive oil. This is best served with homemade French fries.
