Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 22 oz sour cream
  • 12 baby portabella mushrooms
  • 4 green onions cut into sm pieces
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Spray casserole with cooking spray. Trim fat from chicken breasts. Wrap each with one piece of bacon & put into casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl & pour over chicken. Bake at 325 for about 2 hrs.

Serve with ride pilaf using extra sauce over rice if desired.
