Venison Steak Marination

Ingredients

• 1 med onion finely chopped
• 1 tbs garlic powder
• 1 small bottle of soy sauce
• 1 can 7-up or sprite
• 3-4 tbs lemon juice
• cayenne pepper to taste
• black pepper to taste
• 3-4 lbs stew meat

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well all ingredients with the meat. Marinate 3-4 hours or overnight.

Used shish-kabob stick or bamboo stick to cook on grill
