- 2 pounds lean pork (boneless butt)
- 1 can tomatoes -- 15 oz.
- 1 med onion -- chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/3 small bottl worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, cover and simmer 8 hours. Pick meat to pieces as possible. Refrigerate overnight. In morning, lift off congealed grease and simmer uncovered until all meat is shredded and moisture has cooked down. Serve on buns. Can be doubled. Freezes well.
