Ingredients

  • Ricotta Filling:
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated
  • 3 TBS parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp homemade garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp homemade onion powder
  • Combine ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
  • Makes 2-1/2 cups.
  • Spinach and Ricotta Filling:
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 pkg (10oz frozen) spinach, thawed and pureed - drain well
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp homemade garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp homemade onion powder
  • Mix well - Makes 2 cups.

1/2 tsp homemade onion powder
1/4 tsp oregano

Mix well - Makes 3 cups.
