Ingredients
- olive oil cooking spray
- 1/2 cup crushed Kashi TLC crackers
- 2 eggs, beaten with 1 Tbsp water
- 1 lb fish
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp herb seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with loive oil. Cut fish into bite size nuggets. In medium size bowl, mix cracker crumbs with seasonings, salt, and pepper. Dip fish into liquid, then into dry, place on baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes per side, until golden.
