Sausage Meatballs - Italian

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian Sausage
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 1/4 cup + marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder or granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place everything, except sauce, in bowl and mix. Don't over mix. Make 8-10 meatballs.

2. Heat oil in large frying pan over medium high heat. Brown the meatballs evenly. When meatballs have browned, remove the grease.

3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs. Stir. Cover frying pan and continue cooking over medium low heat for 25-30 minutes, or until done.
