Ingredients
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1/4 c chopped pecans
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 4 6 oz. fish
- 2 egg whites
- 1 T olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 deg. Line baking sheet with foil. Combine crumbs, pecans, salt & pepper. Dip fish into egg then nut mixture. Heat oil in skillet, add fish, turning once until brown. Place on baking sheet and bake about 8 mins.
