Ingredients
- 3/4 cup shredded crabmeat
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 minced green onion
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs

In a bowl, mix together crabmeat, cheese, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Ina saucepan, heat butter and water to a boil. Remove from heat.
Add flour and beat until mixture does not stick to sides of pan and forms into a ball.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until each is fully incorporated. Carefully fold in crab-cheese mixture.
Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
Bake at 400º for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.
