Ingredients
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 cup salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (more or less depending on taste)
- 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
- 12 peppercorns
- Onions

Step 1
Bring all of the above to boil - let cool
Place fish, onions (sliced fine) and bay leaf in layers in jar
Pour brine in jar to cover fish
Seal jar
Let stand in fridge for a few days
