Sun Tea

This strong tea brews all day in the sun and gets a little added flavor from some raspberry syrup and fresh mint leaves.

- 12 teabags
- 1 gallon of tap water
- 1/8 cup lemon juice (optional)
- sugar to taste (optional)
- 1 teaspoon raspberry syrup (optional)
- mint sprigs (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Make a pot of sun tea with teabags and water. Leave out in the sun all day.
Remove bags, add lemon juice, and sugar. Mix well.
Add garnish of thin slice of lemon, sprig of mint or raspberry syrup.
Serve over ice.
