Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless beef for stew, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 c. bottled teriyaki baste & glaze
- 1 large clove garlic, pressed
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 3/4 t. paprika
- 1/4-1/2 t. cayenne pepper
- 3/4 t. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. minced onion

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine beef, beans, bell pepper, and bay leaf in a 2-quart casserole or baking dish. Blend teriyaki baste & glaze, garlic, cumin, paprika, red pepper, vinegar and 1/4 c. water; pour over beef mixture. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake 1-1/2 hours or until beef is tender. Sprinkle onion over beef before serving.
