Ingredients

  • 1/3 C. Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 C. Oil
  • 1 C. Sour Cream
  • 1/4 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 C. Onion
  • 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 11/2 C. Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 lb. Sirloin Tip Steak, cut into thin strips
  • Fresh Parsley ( for garnish )

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, salt & pepper. Coat meat strips with flour mixture; brown in hot oil in skillet. Add onion & mushrooms; cook till tender. Add soup & simmer, covered 10-15 min. Blend in sour cream & remove from heat. Serve over rice or noodles. Sprinkle with paprika & garnish with fresh parsley sprigs. Serve.
