Slow roast fall apart pork butt

Ingredients
- 4 pd pork shoulder butt roast
- 1/3 c worceshire sauce
- 3/4 c light brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c unsweetened apple juice
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place roast in greased casserole w lid. Sprinkle meat on all sides w worceshire sauce-let sit at room temp 1 1/2 hours-spoon on any sauce that went to bottom of pan back on then press brown sugar on all sides with hands making sure it adheres
pour apple juice into bottom of casserole and cover tightly
Preheat oven to 425 for 15 mins
put meat in oven and immediately reduce heat to 200 degrees
roast 4 hours til falling apart more if roast is bigger
stir s & p into sauce
slice and serve
