Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Raw Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 cup Finely Shredded Peeled Apple
- 1/4 cup Apple Sauce (no sugar added)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon Lemon extract or lemon zest
- 1 cup Walnuts or Pecans (Optional)

Step 1
1 Preheat oven to 350
2 Mix dry and wet ingredients together in separte bowls. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
3 Two baking options: use 3 mini loaf pans bake for 35 minutes use 1 large loaf pan bake for 55 or 60 minutes
