Ingredients
- 3 lb flank steak
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (1/2 inch) piece ginger root, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Soak skewers in water so they won't burn.
Combine marinade and pour over steak, marinating at least 30 minutes. Thread beef on skewers. Broil 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
Can also be made with chicken.
