Ingredients

  • 1 can diced tomatos
  • 8 oz heavy cream
  • 1/2 c peccorino romano
  • 1/2 c fontina/fontinella
  • 1 pkg gorgonzola
  • 1 pkg fetta
  • 2 c mozarella
  • 1 pound penne pasta, cook el dente

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta. Combine other ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in cooked pasta. Pour into 2 pie plates or a casserole dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 500 for 20 mins.
