Ingredients
- each pot 2 1/2-3 quarts of water, 3 crabs in each pot
- 1 garlic head (halved)
- 2 T. vinegar
- 5 T. salt (only 1 time)
- 1 T. dry mustard
- 1 lemon (halved & stabbed)
- 3 T. cayenne pepper
- 2 bags Zatarain's crab boil seasoning
- 3 T. Zatarain's liquid crab boil seasoning
- 6 live blue crab

Step 1
Bring everything to a rolling boil, then add liquid crab boil. Bring water back to a boil, then add live crab for 15 minutes and let stand in water for 30 minutes more.
