Ingredients
- Cooked whole wheat spaghetti
- 1/2 c salsa
- 2 T creamy peanut butter
- 1 T orange juice
- 1-1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- Onion salt to taste
- 2 small carrots grated
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- 1 c chopped chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 T chopped unsalted peanuts
- 1 T minced cilantro

Step 1
Cook Spaghetti. Add remaining ingredients except peanuts and cilantro and heat through. When serving sprinkle top with peanuts and cilantro.
