Ingredients
- 1 tbst Veg Oil
- 1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in chunks
- 1 can (10oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can (10oz) condensed Chicken Broth (or 1 1/4 cup)
- 1 Red Pepper - Cut in chunks
- 1 Green Pepper - Cut in chunks
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 cups uncooked fusilli or rotini pasta
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat Oil at medium-high in large skillet.
Add chicken & stir fry until brown & cooked through
Set Chicken aside
Reduce heat to medium
Combine soup, broth, pepper chunks and black pepper in skillet.
heat to a boil, stirring often
Stir in Pasta and cook over low-medium heat until tender - about 10 mins - Stiring often
Add cheese and chicken chunks
Heat through, about 5 mins. - stirring often
