Ingredients
- Serves 8
- 2 1/2 lb sirloin steak
- 4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp cumin
- 3 tsp chili powder
- 3 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp coarse salt
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- Corn Salsa with the Tex Mex
- 2 15 oz can of corn
- 2 small red pepper
- 1 shallot or red onion
- 4 TBSP vegetable oil
- 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 2 TBSP white wine vinegar
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 4 TBSP fresh cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Grill sirloins over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side, for a total of 12 minutes grilling time. Remove steaks from the grill, and let them sit for around 5 minutes.
Slice and serve with a big helping of chilled corn salsa.
