Hemingway Martini

The Hemingway Martini is a very popular drink for good reason. I've never tasted a cocktail that is so cool and clean.

Ingredients

• 1 3⁄4 ounces gin
• 1 teaspoon dry vermouth
• Cocktail onion, frozen

Preparation

Step 1

Stir ingredients well for at least a minute with plenty of ice. Strain into a small chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cocktail onion.
