  • 1 cup of frozen mango, cut into small chunks
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple, cut into small chunks
  • 3/4 of a ripe banana (just munch on the 1/4 left as you are prepping your smoothie!)
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup of orange juice
