Ingredients
- Serves 5.
- 1 LB Pasta
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 3 scallions, sliced on a bias including green tops
- 10 fresh basil leaves, cut into very thin strips
- 25 - 30 Clamata Olives
- Zest of one lemon
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Pinch of red pepper
- 1 can of tuna, packed in oil

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to directions on package. While the pasta is cooking, saute the shallots and scallions with olive oil in a large sauce pan for about 2 minutes. Add the basil, olives, tuna, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Then season with salt and pepper and heat thoroughly. Toss with the pasta.
Prep time 15 minutes.
