Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 9" pie crust, unbaked

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°, Beat sugar and eggs together until light. Add butter and margarine and beat well, Stir in buttermilk, vanilla extract and coconut and combine. Pour into pie shell and bake 45 minutes until lightly browned on top.
