- PORK CHOPS – WITH BONE
- LEMON SLICED
- BAY LEAVES
- BUTTER
- BREAD CRUMBS
- THYME

Preparation
Step 1
Rub pork chops with pepper and thyme.
Cut a pocket in each chop; insert one bay leaf and one slice of lemon.
Dip chops in melted butter then breadcrumbs.
Grill or roast for 40 minutes.
Remove leaves and lemons, salt as needed
