Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2S0 g) good quality soft cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup (50 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped dill
  • 6 oz. (150 g) smoked salmon, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until well combined.

Store in a sealed plastic container in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Serve with crackers. Garnish with a spiraled strip of salmon and a sprig of dill.
