- 1 jar (7 oz.) store-bought duck sauce
- 2 tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in small bowl;
cover with plastic wrap until ready to
serve. Serving ideas:
Offer with vegetable spring rolls for
guests who prefer a sweet taste to savory soy sauce.
Add a hint of sweetness to Lo mein by mixing in a few tablespoons.
Top scallion pancakes with a dollop of
sauce and fresh minced scallions. Add spark to the plum sauce that comes with moo shu pork and chicken by using it
instead of the duck sauce in the recipe.
