Priscilla's Apple Crisp

Dump Cake with pecans, apple pie filling and butter - Yum!

Easy to transport, good hot or room temp, good potluck dish for a crowd.

Can substitute different pie fillings with different cake mixes - example: cherry pie filling with chocolate cake mix, etc.

Ingredients

• 2 cans spiced apple pie filling (I use country apple)
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
• 1 1/2 sticks of butter (cut into pats)
• Sprinkle of cinnamon
• Dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Layer in a large baking dish:

Both cans of apple pie filling

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Dash of nutmeg

Yellow cake mix (break lumps with a fork)

Chopped pecans

Pats of butter

Place in preheated 325 degree oven for approximately 35 - 40 minutes or until bubbly and pecans are brown.
