Ingredients
- 4 thin sliced pork loin chops
- 3 slices of bread or crusts from 8 slices of bread, or prepared bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 lrg egg, beaten
- 1 tbs water
- 3 tbs oil
- 1 tbs butter
- 4 lemon wedges (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put bread into processor and chop up into crumbs. Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
2. Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes in this order
1. Flour
2. Egg wash
3. Cheese and bread crumb mix
Put each chop through the above mixture and place into heated frying pan with olive oil.
3. Cook until nicely browned and meat cooked through.
