Ingredients
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
- 1 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 2 EGGS
- 8 OZ SOUR CREAM
- 1 TES VANILLA
- 2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TEAS BAKING SODA
- 1/4 TEA SALT
- 2 MEDIUM BANANAS MASHED TO = 1 CUP

Step 1
IN MIXING BOWL CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME. ADD SOUR CREAM AND VANILLA. COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING SODA, AND SALT. GRADUALLY ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE. STIR IN BANANAS. SPREAD INTO GREASED 15X10 IN JELLY ROLL PAN. BAKE AT 350 FOR 20-25 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL AND TOP WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING.
