Ingredients
- 1 # crab meat
- 1 teasp salt
- 1 Teasp Old Bay seasoning(seafood)
- 1 Tabsp parsley
- 1 Tabsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tabsp baking Powder
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 Tabsp worchestershire sauce
- 8 slices dry white bread(remove crusts and dampen with milk)

Preparation
Step 1
Crumble crab meat in bowl.
Add all other ingredients except
bread and mix well.
Add bread dampened with milk and form cakes.
Fry in skillet with butter.
1 ½#crab meat makes 15 (2oz) cakes.
