Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup water
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut

Preparation time 65mins
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
Pour into a greased(I use Pam)9×13 casserole.
Sprinkle with additional coconut, nuts or sugar free chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for approx. 1 hour at 350 degrees until golden brown.
