Ingredients

  • 8 oz pkg of spiral garden pasta, cooked al dente
  • 10.5 oz container of red grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2.25 oz can of sliced black olives, drained
  • 8 oz jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained and cut in half
  • 7 string cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 c sliced pepperonis or mini pepperonis
  • 2/3 c green, yellow, or orange bell pepper, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 c red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz bottle of zesty Italian dressing
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Cook the noodles to al dente, rinse with cold water after to stop the cooking process.

In a large bowl combine the tomatoes, olives, artichokes, string cheese, pepperonis, peppers, red onion and grated Parmesan cheese.

Add the cooled pasta and mix well. Add the seasoning and dressing; toss to mix. Chill at least one hour before serving. Sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese for garnish.
