Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 large, very ripe bananas*
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- 2 cups chocolate chunk pieces

Step 1
*When bananas get very ripe, place them in a freezer. Before you make this recipe, take the bananas out, and microwave them for 1 minute. Cut off the top and squeeze into your bowl. This makes them the perfect cosistency to bake with!
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the butter, bananas, brown sugar, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Whisk until creamy.
Add in your flour, salt and baking powder. Mix together well.
Fold in the chocolate chunks and walnuts.
Spoon onto your baking sheet, about 2-3 tbsp per cookie. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Cool on a baking sheet, and enjoy!
