Ingredients
- 4 * 4 boneless pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick
- 2 * 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 * 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 * 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 * 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 * 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 * 2 teaspoons five-spice powder
- 2 * 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 2 * 2 garlic cloves, minced

Preparation
Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except the pork chops.

Add pork and coat both sides with marinade and marinate in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

Drain chops, discarding marinade.

Place in baking dish and roast at 400F in the oven for 20-25 minutes or grill over direct heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
