Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients

  • 4 c. (16 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 carton (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
  • 1 jar (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce

Step 1

Combine cheeses and spinach; stuff into shells. Arrange in a greased 13”x9” baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over the shells. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Notes: I also sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking. I have found that these shells freeze very well. Just wait to add the spaghetti sauce until you are ready to bake them. These are fantastic!
