Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 inch piece gingerroot, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place the salmon fillets in a large baking dish, skin-side down. Sprinkle the ginger and scallions over the top, then pour the tamari soy sauce and honey over; cover with a lid and leave to marinate in the refrigerator at least one hour.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the dish in the hot oven and cook 30 to 35 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
3. Take the salmon fillets out of the oven and serve with the sauce from the dish.
