  • 3/4 ounce roasted turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch dried rosemary leaves (or 1/4 tspn fresh rosemary)
  • 1/2 oat bran English muffin toasted
