Coconut Rum Balls

Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) package vanilla wafer cookies, finely crushed. About 3 cups.
- 1 (3 1/2 oz) can flaked coconut (1 1/3 c)
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/4 c rum
- Additional flaked coconut or confectioners sugar

Preparation
Step 1
In large mixing bowl, combine crumbs, coconut and nuts. Add sweetened condensed milk and rum; mix well. Chill 4 hrs. Shape into 1in balls. Roll in coconut, store tightly in refrigerator.
Can make ahead of time and store for up to several weeks in refrigerator.
