• 8 lamb chops
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 TBS oregano
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 cloves garlic minced

Step 1

Combine lemon juice, oil and seasonings . Place lamb chops in gallon zipper bag. Pour marinade over meat. Regrigerate 4-6 hrs. Prepare grill to med high heat. Grill 5-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness
