Pulled Pork Sandwiches

The picture does not do this justice. The meat is so tender and juicy. I put a little spread of homemade BBQ on top. We choose to not eat on bread to save calories. Hope you try this, it's wonderful

Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- salt/pepper
- 1-12 oz can root beer (I use diet IBC)
- BBQ Sauce
- Bread or Hamburger buns

Step 1
Put tenderloin, salt/pepper and any other seasonings you'd like into crockpot. Pour rootbeer on top. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. When cooked, shred and mix with BBQ sauce. Put into bread or buns.
