Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled & chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbl. minced fresh basil
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked penne or elbow pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except pasta in glass bowl. Cover & let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Just before serving fold in the pasta.
