Avacado Shrimp Salsa

  • 1 lb cooked mall shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
  • 2 med tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 med ripe avacados, peeled and chopped
  • 1 c minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 med sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 c thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c chopped peeled seeded cucumber
  • 3 t lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • Tortilla chips

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips. (you might wear gloves when cutting hot peppers)
