Ingredients
- sift 1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt and add 2 beaten eggs, add 1 cup milk
- whisk into a thin batter
- dip cleaned butterflied shrimp, with tail on, in batter then seasoned Italian bread crumbs, fry
- chill coated shrimp before frying on a baking sheet
