Rice Pasta and Vegetables

Ingredients
- Pepper to taste
- 1 packet of rice pasta
- 1 cup of onion
- 1/2 of a zucchini
- 2 Tablespoons of olive or sesame oil
- 1 cup of carrots
- 1/2 cup of peanuts
- 3/4 cup of cauliflower
- 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 1/2 head of garlic
- 3/4 cup broccoli
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove from the stove and drain. Julienne the pepper, carrots, onion and zucchini and chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. Mince the ginger and garlic. In a wok sauté the ginger and garlic in oil for two minutes on high heat. Then add the veggies (Except broccoli and cauliflower) and cook for four minutes constantly stirring. Add broccoli and cauliflower and cook for another minute and a half. Then add the pasta, soy sauce, sesame seeds and peanuts. Stin in the wok for another minute.
