Chicken Pasta Salad

  • 1-16 oz. box rainbow rotini pasta
  • 1 can ripe olives-drained and sliced
  • 4 medium chicken breasts-cooked and cut into chunks
  • 3/4 C. blanched almonds
  • 2 C. sliced grapes
  • 2 tsp. Lawry's
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 jar Jimmy's thousand island dressing
  • 1 C. Mayo
  • 2 T. olive or canola oil



Step 1

Cook pasta according to package instructions for cold serving-drain well and coat with 2 T. oil. Combine salad dressing, mayo, salt and pepper with pasta. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
