Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 to 1 Cup Walnuts
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 4 Cups Chopped Apples
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients with a spoon. (Do not use mixer.) Batter will be stiff. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
