Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp salt
- Once shortening melted Add 2 cups cold
- Add 2 pkgs active dry yeast let stand x 10 mins
- Mix 6 cups white flour
- Add 2 cups raisins
- Knead approx 2 cups white flour

Step 1
Grease bowl and form dough in ball
Let rise until double in size
Divide dough in 3 loaves
Let rise until double in size
Bake @ 400 deg. X 25-30 mins
Let cool on racks
When cool slice and enjoy. Yummy
